Privacy
The privacy policy is very simple here at Ham's. Your information is used
internally, for our own purposes. I will NEVER sell, lend, trade,
exchange, offer, furnish, give, etc. anyone's information to another
organization that isn't owned by me. If I am bought out at any point, then I
reserve the right to pass on my customer base to that person/entity.

Payments
- Paypal- Preferred for internet orders. My account is
HamsRC@HamsRC.com

Credit Cards- I use Paypal as my credit card service. www.paypal.com
- Cashiers Checks and Money Orders: Accepted. USPS money orders are preferred, and they are only 75 cents.
- Personal Checks- A minimum waiting period of 10 business days is
required for the item to clear. I will ship as soon as I am confident payment
has cleared.
- Cash through the mail- At your own risk. Not recommended, and I am not
liable if I never get it. I am honest- so if I receive it, you will get your
product.
- Payment due within 5 business days unless other
arrangements are made. I then have the right to act as needed.

Shipping
- UPS- I use UPS Ground by default. Next Day and 2nd Day are
available at an extra charge.
- USPS- Available at an extra cost if it's something more than an
envelope.
- FedEx- Not available.
Your item will be shipped within one week, depending on backorders. Most are
shipped the next day.

Warranties
These vary by item..
- Kloss 88- Time limited no questions asked exchange, usually 1-2 weeks.
- Please inquire about all other items. Warranty@HamsRC.com

Returns

- Ship to Ham's Radio and Computer 63 Bow Center Road Bow, NH 03304
- Do not require a signature for delivery. There will be an extra charge
if I have to chase your package because they needed a signature.
